We will address issues, which may cause carpal tunnel. We will review ergonomic solutions and specific exercises and stretches to prevent the problem.  Also, nutritional deficiencies will be explored. Come to get well, stay well and continue working on your computer.

Learn ways to prevent osteoporosis. We will share with you ways to improve your diet to be strong and do specific exercises to also halt this from happening to you.
