Keep Fit While You Sit
Learn to be more effective on the job while working. Just think about it, having a better posture makes you look younger. You know gravity has a relentless stress upon a posturally weakened spine – strengthen yours, amidst your day. We will look at ergonomics too.
Spinal Exercises
Taking care of your core. Engage in daily activities and exercises that will help keep you functioning well and looking good. Special attention will be given to each person and their ability.
Carpal Tunnel
We will address the issues which may cause carpal tunnel, reviewing ergonomic solutions and specific exercises and stretches to prevent the problem. Also, nutritional deficiencies will be explored. Come to get well, stay well and continue working at your computer.
Massage/Yoga/Stretching
Longing for more relaxed body and mind? Come to our program designed to recharge your batteries and give you skills to do so at home too. Bring a loved one!
Osteoporosis
Learn ways to prevent osteoporosis. We will share ways to improve your diet for maximum strength and demonstrate the specific exercises to also halt this condition from happening to you.
